How it works
Launching a coin
Launching takes three steps and one transaction.
1 · Coin details
Name, ticker, logo, description and optional socials. Then set your creator fee, anywhere from 0.25% to 5%.
2 · Fee destination
Choose an X account, an email or a postal address, then the gift card brand and a currency.
Changeable or locked forever
At launch you choose whether the destination can change. Changeable lets you point the fees somewhere else later by signing with your wallet; every change is listed publicly on the coin. Locked forever means nobody, including you, can ever change it.
The creator fee percentage is set on pons at launch and can't be changed in either case.
3 · Review and deploy
You pay the pons launch fee and a network fee. When the transaction confirms, your coin is live on pons and its fee route is set.
